| Payment Methods
Payment is required with each order placed through this site. We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit, postal money order, Visa and MasterCard. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to ‘DB Health’. Dishonoured cheques are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Freight charges are not included (see below). Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges
All orders require payment of a delivery charge of $7.00 to anywhere in Australia.
Express delivery by courier is available and incurs additional charges.

Delivery
Orders to private residences will be delivered using Parcel Post by Australia Post. Orders to business addresses will be delivered either using Parcel Post by Australia Post or by courier. This may require a signature from the receiver at the time of delivery.
Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately by email, fax or phone advising of the reason and details of your purchase. We shall then advise you of the correct method of return. |
